The OTAH MNDA Intake collects agreement intake information submitted by authorized users for Own The Algo Holdings document preparation and Documenso routing.

Information Processed

Submitted information may include agreement names, party names, company names, signer names, signer emails, signing order, deal context, protected assets, intellectual property descriptions, workflow preferences, and notes.

How It Is Used

Intake data is sent to the OTAH Kestra runtime to create a Google Doc draft in the Own The Algo Google Drive account, export the document to PDF, and create a draft envelope in the OTAH Documenso instance.

Storage

Unsigned draft documents are stored in the Own The Algo Google Drive account. Draft signing packages are stored in Documenso. Agreement records may be stored in the OTAH Notion Agreement Registry according to the selected workflow.

Operational Boundary

Do not submit credentials, payment data, health information, government identifiers, private wallet keys, or unrelated personal data through this intake form.
