The OTAH MNDA Intake is an internal and invited-user workflow for preparing Own The Algo Holdings mutual non-disclosure agreement drafts and Documenso signing packages.

Authorized Use

Use this form only for legitimate Own The Algo Holdings agreement intake. Submissions must be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge and should include only information needed to prepare the requested document workflow.

No Legal Advice

This workflow prepares operational document drafts and routing packages. It does not replace review by qualified legal counsel where counsel review is required.

Signing System

Documenso is the official OTAH signing system for this workflow. A completed intake creates a draft package; signature fields, signer review, and final sending occur in Documenso.

No Binding Commercial Commitment

Submitting an intake does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, investment advisory relationship, or binding commercial commitment. Binding terms require a separate signed agreement.
